AISG, Inc. US JOINT COMMAND-
is one of the most effective rapid-reaction construction general contractors in Iraq. As a result, the U.S. Government’s Joint Contracting Command – Iraq chose us in January 2007 to build a 750-man camp as a part of the National Initiative of the President of the United States to secure Baghdad. AISG mobilized the site within 5 days and successfully met the aggressive 45 day construction schedule that included design, construction, and camp-wide installation of electrical, water and sewage systems. AISG-THE CONVOY SUPPORT CENTER-
is an approximately 800 square meter Pre-Engineered Building with a large auditorium type information center designed for the secure monitoring of convoy movements. The construction of the Convoy Support Center required extensive electrical, communication, and IT conduit runs throughout the building in order to meet these security requirements. A sophisticated fire alarm system was integrated into the HVAC duct work in order to protect critical convoy movement monitoring systems. The interior finish required drywall framing with a floating ceiling and secure entrances and exits.

AISG SECURITY DIVISION-
is fully licensed by the Iraqi Government as an armed private security company able to operate nationwide in Iraq. AISG establishes a comprehensive security environment for our employees, subcontractors and clients who are engaged in remote and urban site development for Iraq reconstruction efforts. Services provided under these life support and construction projects include the following: Thousands of man hours in perimeter security at camps located in high-threat insurgency zones Provision of hundreds of convoy escorts to deliver food, materials, equipment and workers to supply more than 30,000 Iraqi soldiers and police Provision of armored vehicles and armed close protection/PSD services to managers, engineers and other skilled personnel in Iraq

AISG-PROTECTION-
won and executed a large-scale commercial security contract in Iraq to protect a major cell phone company. This contract included security for the cell phone company’s executives, offices, villas, stores, currency movements, and vital communication infrastructure throughout Iraq. For the mobile phone contract, the AISG management team of American, Lebanese, Jordanian, Ukrainian, and Iraqi Special Ops experienced personnel stood up from scratch—then trained, employed and managed—over 1,500 Iraqi security personnel. Our daily operations called for 150 nationwide movements of expatriate and local national personnel, and high-value cargo convoys.

ZAGROS Joint Venture Partners utilizes the GreenMachine, a machine that produces, precision engineered, tongue and groove compressed earth blocks “TerraBricks.” These bricks are easy to make on site, cost efficient, are bullet, shrapnel and explosive stopping capability. The dimensional accuracy of each TerraBrick enables mortarless drystack construction by unskilled labor while the TerraBrik’s are still in the “Green” condition. 

WHAT IS IS:
The GreenMachine is a patented, one-ton, rugged, self-contained hydraulic machine that is towed easily. It uses local materials for cost effective, on-site construction.

WHAT IT DOES:
It produces structural, precision-engineered tongue & groove compressed earth blocks (TerraBricks) which can be stabilized with small quantities of cement for greater strength and weather resistance. The dimensional accuracy of each TerraBrick enables mortarless dry stack construction by unskilled labor while the TerraBricks are still “green”.
